Our Story
Home Health Specialty Plus was started in 2021 to provide additional support to our aging patients in the community. While providing quality patient care through skilled services such as Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Medical Social Work, we found these same patients needed assistance with daily activities.
Home Health Specialty Plus allows us to expand care for new and existing patients with specialized healthcare services, prioritizing compassion, personalized care, and enhancing patients' quality of life.
